Carolin Nadilo, born in 1986, has been CFO of thyssenkrupp Decarbon Technologies since 2024. She joined thyssenkrupp after holding several global leadership roles, including Head of Investor Relations and Global Vice President Finance & Controlling at Gerresheimer plastics. In parallel she was part of DIRK e.V. as a board member. From 2017 to 2020, Carolin Nadilo contributed as Director of Corporate Development at sino AG to the setup and early-stage funding of the fintech Trade Republic Bank. Earlier, she held roles in equity capital markets, strategic capital markets communications as well as digitalization. Carolin Nadilo holds a degree in business administration from the FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management in Duisburg and Essen.
