Roland Beckmann

Dr. Roland Beckmann is leading the global Chlor Alkali business and based at the German entity of thyssenkrupp nucera in Dortmund.

He has been working for thyssenkrupp since 1997. During this time, he managed different departments of the thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions’ process technologies business unit as Senior Process Engineer, Senior Project Manager and Project Director in Germany as well as abroad.

He became Head of Project Execution Department of thyssenkrupp Electrolysis GmbH when it was founded in 2014. After closing of the joint venture, he took on the position Head of Management at thyssenkrupp Uhde Chlorine Engineers (now thyssenkrupp nucera) in Dortmund, Germany.
