Mariko Kuroda

Mariko Kuroda is the Director of Technology Services  at thyssenkrupp nucera in Houston.

Mariko has over 20 years of experience in customer service and technical support. She is a seasoned professional and has built a career on analyzing operational data, troubleshooting, and advancing service offerings. Joining the company in 1995, she spent a decade in Technical Support before contributing to R&D as part of the n-BiTAC development team.

After relocating to Houston, TX in 2009, Mariko established service operations in the USA and currently lead the Technology Service Department driving innovation and customer-centric solutions.
