

Klaus Ohlig has a University education in Mechanical and Process Engineering from the prestigious RWTH Aachen University in Germany.
He began his distinguished professional career immediately after his graduation with Linde GmbH in the Operating Segment Engineering, where he held various leadership and technical positions until 2009, which included:
- Project Manager Sales for pressure swing adsorption plants
- Project Manager for Research & Development in the field of cracking furnaces, partial oxidation, and liquefaction of natural gas
- Manager of the Process Research & Development
- Senior Project Manager Sales – Hydrogen and Synthesis Gas Plants
In 2009, Klaus Ohlig took over as Chief Executive Officer at Linde Kryotechnik AG, Switzerland, a position that he held until 2017, when he assumed the role of Executive Director of Research & Development at Linde GmbH, Operating Segment Engineering, Germany, where he managed global teams and was responsible for the development and expansion of the company’s technology portfolio.
In mid-2025, Klaus Ohlig moved to thyssenkrupp nucera, where he is responsible for the Corporate Functions Innovation Center, IP Management, Product Management, and Technology Service, alongside the business activities of the group’s subsidiaries in China and Japan.
