Natalie Kappes has been working in human resources for over 15 years and has extensive experience in strategic recruitment, employer branding and personnel development. She began her career in 2011 as a human resources officer at Sal. Oppenheim. In 2013, she joined the thyssenkrupp Group, where she had already gained initial practical experience during her studies. Over the years, she held various positions in HR, most recently as Head of Sourcing & Recruiting in what is now the Decarbon Technologies business segment. In 2020, she moved to Vonovia for a year, where she held several management positions, most recently as Head of Recruiting, Employer Branding and Human Resources Development. She returned to thyssenkrupp in 2021 and has been Head of People Attraction & Acquisition at thyssenkrupp nucera since 2022. In this role, she is responsible for building a strong employer brand, further developing innovative recruiting processes and strategic personnel recruitment. Ms. Kappes studied business administration at the University of Duisburg-Essen.
