Beforehand, she has held various leadership positions at Siemens and Siemens Energy, bringing 20 years of national and international experience in business development, supply chain management, operations, procurement, and corporate management. Prior to joining thyssenkrupp as CEO of thyssenkrupp Uhde, she served as Senior Vice President for the Africa Region at Siemens Energy, where she was responsible for the overall development of the company’s portfolio in the African market. Nadja Håkansson holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University of Technology in Sweden and a Global Executive MBA from IESE Business School of University of Navarra.
