Serena is Director of Engineering in tk nucera Italy.
After her graduation in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan in 2001, she began her career at Bayer Italia as an HSE assistant.
With over 20 years of experience in on-shore Processes and Technologies, Serena has worked in EPC and Technology companies such as Snamprogetti (now Saipem) and Casale. In May 2020, she joined thyssenkrupp Uhde Chlorine Engineering Italy as the Head of Engineering, where she has contributed to strengthening the company’s workforce and supporting the integration of the green hydrogen business pipeline.
She is married and has two daughters.
