Dermot Gosser earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Case Institute of Technology in Cleveland, Ohio, before embarking on a distinguished career in chlor-alkali electrolysis. His expertise spans membrane, diaphragm, and chlorate cell technologies, as well as complete plant design, commissioning, and operations. Much of his early work involved international projects, taking him to over 20 countries to help deliver complex solutions.

In 2006, Dermot joined what is now thyssenkrupp nucera, where he has been instrumental in securing and executing electrolysis projects across North America. With over 45 years of experience in technical, business, and plant management roles, Dermot continues to play a vital role in driving thyssenkrupp nucera’s growth and delivering new capacity projects worldwide.
